Storage needs vary enormously in duration. Some customers need three weeks between apartment leases; others need multi-year document archiving or indefinite furniture storage while working overseas. ThaiGo Moving offers storage contracts from as short as one week through to unlimited open-ended long-term agreements, with pricing structured to reward longer commitments. Our flexible cancellation policy (7 days notice for monthly contracts, 30 days notice for annual agreements) means you're never locked in longer than you need to be.

Short-term storage is popular with customers mid-renovation, between international assignments, or staging a property for sale. Our short-term rates are structured as weekly or monthly, with a minimum of one week. All the same security, cleanliness, and access features of our standard units apply — there is no reduction in quality or service for shorter-stay customers. We can often accommodate same-day or next-day starts for short-term bookings, making us ideal for urgent situations like a flooded home or unexpected lease termination.

Long-term storage customers benefit from fixed annual rates (protecting against inflation), priority access to new units when upgrading, and a dedicated relationship manager who conducts a once-yearly condition review of stored items. For customers storing overseas, we offer a remote access service where a trusted family member or agent can be authorised on the account for retrieval. Long-term storage packages of 12 months or more also include two free move-in/move-out truck services per year.
