Service Agreement

By engaging ThaiGo Moving and Logistics for any moving, shipping, or storage service, you agree to these terms. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and ThaiGo Moving and Logistics Co., Ltd., registered in Thailand. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined in your individual quotation.

Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment terms are specified on your individual quotation — typically 50% deposit upon booking confirmation and the remaining balance on completion of service. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, additional floors without elevator access, or services not included in the original quote.

Liability & Insurance

ThaiGo Moving carries comprehensive goods-in-transit insurance. Our standard liability covers damage caused by negligence of our crew during handling and transport. Items packed by the customer (not by ThaiGo Moving) are covered only for external damage visible at delivery. Claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. We are not liable for items of extraordinary value unless declared in advance and covered by supplementary insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service date receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price. No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling is available free of charge with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
